My goal continues to be connection with ALL of my students once a week. All activities will be in StudentVue/ParentVue on a weekly basis as “Not for Grading.” Each week, activities will be given as credit if submitted on Google Classroom or no credit if nothing was submitted. Attendance is now taken each week. To achieve present status for the week, students attend their zoom meeting OR submit the Google Classroom activity.
We will continue our project for this 5th week of World History Remote Learning on Google Classroom. The Early Americas Project will be a creative way that students can research a civilization they have interest in and show their learning. In order to earn credit this week, students will need to complete the “Week 5 Activity” which will be a Google Doc Fact Sheet for research. Time commitment should be about 1 hour for this activity. Students, you should strive to earn credit by doing every assignment, which is posted on the day your World History hour meets. Also, you will continue your studies using this Quizlet: https://quizlet.com/_8bf47k?x=1qqt&i=61gt8
Zoom Meetings this week will be EXTRA special. Mr. Jamieson will be presenting to students about their Career Readiness. Be sure to print out the attachment to help get setup for your class time. Mr. Jamieson and I will assist students in completing this activity together during the Zoom meeting.
